Uyapo Engineering Projects cc is a Black Owned enterprise, which was established as a firm of Engineering Contractors with an interest in

executing development projects in Southern Africa. The firm was incorporated in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2008.

Our wide geographic spread of affiliate firms in Southern Africa makes it possible to afford clients prompt and personal attention and gives us

in-depth knowledge of conditions of all Southern African regions where Uyapo Engineering operates.

The widened range of Uyapo Engineering operations provides opportunities and challenges for the company’s key personnel to refine their

expertise, specialization and management skills, thus maintaining and enhancing the high standard of services.

The company is registered with theSouth Africa CIDB with the following Gradings:

7CE, PE and 6GB, PE and the NHBRC Registration

Since 1994's there has been the quest to accelerate the rate of development activities in Southern Africa by the Southern African

private sector, governments and the international financial institutions. Consequently, with the increasing number of development

programmes set against some priorities and some subsequent projects being poorly implemented by both clients' representatives and

unskilled contractors who mostly operate with limited resources, there was a need to involve indigenous African firms with the requisite

financial and technical resources to correct such anomalies and ensure a good follow-up, leading to lasting success of the projects

implemented.

In South Africa Uyapo Engineering Projects is associated with some of the top contracting firms. These firms are equipped with both

the requisite technical and financial resources and the co-operation with Uyapo Engineering Projects makes their engagement on

projects feasible and effective in all the nine regions of South Africa and other regions.

Uyapo Engineering Projects may call such specialized firms to perform certain functions, depending on the area of specialization, the

magnitude of the intervention and the timing to augment its efforts. Uyapo Engineering may also offer “Back-stopping” and “Support

Services” for such firms in its base regions of Mpumalanga, Gauteng, Northern Cape and KwaZulu Natal.
